Westone 3 and great customer service

     Having 5 or so good IEM, i left my threes laying around for awhile and they just stopped working.  Who knows why.  Anyway, I called and just told the truth after sending them in for repair.  They sent me a brand new pair like the next day the the lady Rep. was so nice  I almost proposed lol.  Why can't all companies stand behind their products this way.  My next buy will be from guess who.  Just wanted to compliment a great service dept. and company,

good to know. When my 16 month-Westone 4 left side stopped working, I got an email telling me it was out of warranty , sorry 
 
Customer services, sometimes ,depend on who you get on the other end of the email or phone, glad it worked out for you
 
Still like Westone 4 ,once I got it , I stopped looking for IEM, for a while- I just have to make sure I get my products registered to get the 2 year warranty next time
 
Thanks to BTGAudio services my Westone are back with a re-cabled job- and seem improved or maybe I just missed it so much :)
