Ordered a level II Dragon today. I will be very interested to compare with my PrimaLuna EVO 300 Integrated. I had a Milo once upon a time and excited to get back on the Wells Audio train!

The Dragon level 3 is dead silent no hiss coming through my Empyrean. Much better sound on level 3 then the level 1, it's fuller richer making it sound more powerful.
The optical volume is Awesome best sound out of a volume.

I received my level 2 yesterday. I was my anniversary and so I was not able to listen. I will get my first chance latter tonight. Going to listen with a HE1000SE and a Thekk. Cannot wait.

Level 2 is Very promising. Bass goes surprisingly deep on the HE1000SE. Dynamics are fantastic. Out of the box it is definitely better than the Rogue RH5 I sold to afford it!

I wonder how the level III is with the Susvara?

Dragon 3 is different then the 1 it's bass is meatier detail is way more defined with better macro and micro dynamics. It is more alive and cleaner sounding then WA33. You can tell there is a much better noise floor as things are clearer. Only benefit the WA33 has more euphonic sound which would be due to being a full tube amp. The Dragon 3 is very liquid sounding but I'm going to need some adjustment time from going all tube to hybrid. It will benefit from a tube DAC.
