I do not want to spend 40 dollars on connectors. It's offensive they charge 20 bucks or more for a pair of peices that costs them cents. I got some RadioShack connectors I'm going to pratice on with making a few interconnects. When I go to do my final interconnects, however, I was thinking of using a better RCA terminator pair. However, I don't want to get ripped off.

Who makes a decent connector for a resonable price? Are the RadioShack ones okay? I mean, I'm all about fidelity but I have a hard time justifying 40 bucks per interconnect just in terminations.

A little confused. Please enlighten me. The more I look through the DIY links the more frusturated I get at prices. I saw some cheap stuff, but it didn't look any better then a radio shack stuff.

Thanks!

Thanks for the replies.

I think I'm going to go with those MCMs. 00940, how did you close up the gap between the terminator and the cable itself? Is that white electrical tape you used or something else?

Thanks again,
