im just curious:

what web video format do you like the best and why?

windows media (.asf, .wmv)?
quicktime (.mov, .qt)?
realformat (.rm, .ram)?
mpeg (.mpg, .mpeg)?

I prefer quicktime movies (especially under the sorenson codec) and mpegs since they play a lot better on my computer. Divx is cool too. I hate real and I hate windows media player...

QuickTime, for two reasons:

1) QuickTime looks and sounds much better than WM and Real at the same filesize/transfer rate.

2) QuickTime is *truly* cross-platform (Real and Windows Media really suck on other platforms besides Windows, while QT looks and works great on Windows).
