Chances are, any drink with high levels of dissolved substances is probably not healthy to rely on alone. Especially if it contains salt, caffeine, alcohol, or other dehydrating substances. Try to avoid relying on any one source of hydration (unless it's water, of course). But drink plenty of fluids. I would suggest a non-caffeinated sports drink like Gatorade as a decent option, since it at least attempts to address the chemical balance stuff, and usually has plenty of flavor.
Now, being unable to drink water is pretty well unheard of, so let's assume that you really are capable of it. You say you can't stand the taste, but water, whatever anyone tells you, is pretty much the most tasteless substance in existence, and a healthy body is calibrated to perceive it as neutral in taste. So the question of course, is: what's messing up the taste for you?
It's possible you have a dental or oral health issue that's causing the horrible taste, which you then have to cover up with a strong flavor any time you drink anything. This is actually not uncommon. So ask your dentist about that, for sure.
Another possibility that I can think of is that it has something to do with your lack of a sense of smell, since smell and taste are closely linked, neurologically. I'm not even sure if that theory holds water, so to speak, but.... You should try to look into that possibility, anyway. Bring it up with your doctor, perhaps ask a specialist, maybe look it up online, I don't know.
Anyway, good luck!
