The cable on my set broke, so I used the event to finally justify buying a new, "improved" cable. But the headphile cable will probably be here in 2 weeks, so all I have now are my shures (they hurt after a while) and an old technics supraaural headphone. Let me tell you, it is nowhere near the senn. I could buy a senn replacement cable, but that would cost 40$ and then my cover for spending 100$ on cables would be blown. Hmmmm. Maybe I'll buy a ninja hd-600 cable. We'll see.

I have no skillz. Also, sent the connectors to Larry. DIY repair did not occur to me at the time.

Maybe try to get HD650's headphone cable, it's much cheaper then other "upgrade" headphone cable.

Also HD650's cable is much better the HD600's, that's a cheap way to go.

If you can find Oehlbach's, not too much expensive and better sound.

A funny thing: My amp is set on the same volume (9 oclock) for my shures as my senns. There must be some magic going on.
