Dec 4, 2008 at 9:31 AM Post #17 of 18
Well I'm back on the air and malware free.

1 1/2 Hour full system scan with AVG
30 minute incomplete scan Spybot(registry error prevented completion)
30 minute AD-Aware scan (registry error prevented completion)
all= nothing, nada no success malware doing its thing.
2 1/2 mega byte free Malwarebytes download. 2 1/2 minute system scan
= 33 trojan and malware infections mainly in my registry. Not one add, not one problem and totally malware free.
I'm going to have to send theses guys money because their product simply does the job. Well back to some serious listening and surfing (net that is).

Removal isntructions if you know how to edit the registry properly.
Don't do this if you're unsure on what you are doing.

Antivirus2009 (Antivirus 2009) Removal Instructions - MS Windows Vista Compatible Software

1) Do you have a firewall?
2) You should set up separate user accounts for your kids or if you have Vista, use parental controls, which are infact quite useful.
3) Educate your kids about 'bad' sites and malware.
