Been using the Geshelli Labs JNOG2 (AKM chip version) since February and still enjoying the pairing. Recently Geshelli added an optional socketed version so you can switch opamp chips if you wish.
Does anyone use the Modi Multibit 2 with their V202/V222? I'm assuming it would also be a good synergy since it's kind of like the younger sibling of the BF2/64 and I've heard they're pretty tonally similar

me, i was planning to buy the bf2 but due to not being in stock in europe for a lot of time i decides to buy the multibit, i got a good spacial resolving with that
very helpful. thank you. As someone who mainly listens to pop and EDM, you made my decision easier. Just have to figure out what DAC pairs well with V222 now.

I had both. Violectric V222 and Burson Soloist 3XP + Supercharger. I preferred the Violectric in an A/B comparison. I sold the Burson. Bass much better in Violectric, I don't remember more, I'm sorry
Just got my V222 in a trade deal and wow, I'm so glad I have this back now. I had almost forgotten how much of an "early endgame" amp this thing is.
The bass, the soundstage depth, the fowardness, lack of fatigue, all that fits in beautifully with my setup and especially my Ock-2 boosting my X26 Pro and U18.
After owning much more expensive top class amps, I can safely say I may have found my "dream amp" and won't upgrade further unless Lake People comes out with a direct model-line upgrade from the V222 or an improved version but I wouln't know for sure.
Excuse me chiming in.
I would really love to see and buy a LakePeople-version of the V550. With similar functions, especially balanced HP output, pre-amp, front-panel operation, generally balanced inputs and outputs. Anything else?
