Fit my DT 770? Also will these make the sound warmer in my headphones?

They would fit, but for the DT770, you probably want the EDT 770 S instead, since the EDT 990 S you linked above is for open headphones.

I am not sure if this also applies to the vinyl versions, but the velour pads (EDT 770 V vs. EDT 990 V) have different amount of isolation, and putting the wrong pads on the headphone noticeably affects the frequency response (for example, the DT990 becomes very bass heavy with the DT770 ear pads, while the DT770 will lack bass and isolation with the EDT 990 V).
