I recently purchased a Veda Audio Dynahi-SA amplifier, and it's on its way; I was wondering if anyone knows what cans will particularly synergize or perform well with this amp. From the multititude of reviews i've read throughout the forums about the Audio Technica ATH-L3000, I'm almost committed towards towards pairing my amp with these cans. However, $2000 is a lot of money to throw into the dark for headphones, and I feel that I would substantially benefit from some quality head-fi advice

. If anyone has listened to any headphones with this amp/similar amps/ or just wants to put their $0.02 in I would greatly appreciate it!!!

The Dynahi, like any properly designed amp (probably not many) is linear, so it won't color the source signal. It's more a question of what headphones go well with what source.

My dynahi-sa works expectedly well with all 3 cans I've tried:

HF1
PS1

Admittedly, these are all easy to drive anyway.

The Dynahi will sound good with any phones, I've used all the headphones in my sig with one and they all sounded great with it.
