Hey everyone, I'm planning to buy a Hifiamn He-4 (Impedance is low. However the efficiency is 86db so I need to have some serious power to crank it up high) and unfortunately, I'm living in east asia so I couldn't listen to either of those. Could anyone please advise me if the vallhala 2s were powerfull enough to crank the low efficiency Planars up high enough? I've been hearing advises from other people saying that the Vallhalas aren't powerfull enough and causing distortions.

Hello Akemi.
I have Shiit Lyr 2 and is a good combo with my Hifiman HE-500.
In others forums  I read Vallhalas is not good enought for Hifiman.
Schiit Lyr 2 very recomendable
