vvs_75 has been reserving the room for the meets. The December reservations aren't available yet, so maybe he can scoop one up--maybe Sat the 7th or the 14th, when they become available.

I think if we put it a few months out, it will give people more time to plan for it, rather than trying to move existing plans, etc.
