My buddy has a pair of Vibes that lost sound in 1 ear (surprise! I know)...

They said that they'll accept a return, but only if he has the original receipt. which he doesn't have because he bought them new on ebay...

any ideas how we can still return them? OR does anyone have an online purchase invoice that you could email to me/him?

all you need is the paypal receipt or some sort of invoice speicifc to your purchase...as long as he bought them first-hand and from an official dealer it should be fine.

i think the problem is that he didn't buy from an authorized dealer.
