I'm torn between those two.
What would you guys recommend? I listen to Dubstep, DnB Neurofunk, Psytrance, Hardstyle so on.
I think the M80 are on ear which I kinda hate, don't want others to gear the music and want isolation.
Help?

I dont have either of the headphones, but judging by the type of music you listen to and the reviews i have read ( i have spent days trying to decide between these) i would go with the v moda m80s

Also the m50s are flat, so the m80s will just sound more...musical for lack of a better word

Get the M50s and add in a portable amplifier for equalization purposes.
 
Made my M50s extremely versatile as my entry set.

M50's are more comfortable... But a little less bassy... I'd vote m50's plus amp with eq to wake up the low end, if u don't like the on ear feels of the vmoda's
