Hi there !

As the title says, I'm currently using Sennheisers HD 650 with the ASUS Xonar Essence STX (Version 1 by the way), and I'm  looking for the easiest way to ''flatten'' the response of the headphones.

Thank you

Alan

Are you using a User Defined EQ setting in the Effects or do you have it set at Default?  You know the Default setting is flat, right?

I know that, but it doesn't mean that because the EQ is flat that the sound coming out of your cans is flat.

What I mean is really to try, at my best, to put all the frequencies at the same amplitude.

Well, I'm trying to ''balance'' my headphones.

Well, when I set mint to Default, it sounds pretty flat to me but okay.

Sorry I can't be more help.  I figured you already knew about the Default EQ settings but I thought I would just throw it out there, just in case.

Best Wishes !!
