Do IEMs do well with PC gaming or is it better to get one of those "gaming headsets?" I have an Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD sound card.

It would work but since your sound card is internal, you are bound to get noise from your system. Get yourself an external DAC and this will make any speakers / headphones sound better. However, if you REALLY want to get a pair just for gaming, then get yourself a pair of Razer Megalodon and enjoy 7.1 sounds. I have the Logitech G930 too, but it sucks for everything else except for 7.1.
