What I did: Navigated to my Default album, clicked the button for Add Photos. The dialog that usually allows me to choose to post to my album or the community albums seems to indicate that the choice to post to my own Default album has already been made and has no further selectable options. When I proceeded with this submission, the images ended up (AFAICT) in the community gallery (which I promptly deleted).
This happened a few times today. I'm using Firefox 12.0 on Mac OS X 10.6.8, with the Noscript plugin allowing only scripts from head-fi.org and yahooapis.com. I have not tried to work around it other than uploading from outside of my Defaults album, i.e. I upload from my profile page.
