It looks beautiful, but I don´t like the idea of streaming music that I can not control or own. Also it only looks like 100Mbps and not 1Gbps LAN speedYou don’t mention streamer, but if you want a 3 in 1 combo, I highly recommend the Naim Uniti Atom HE. I use it with Focal Utopia and find it’s a better match than even the Chord Dave/mscaler. It’s $3700. It has a display but defaults to just album art. The remote controls volume and playback. Has the 4 pin XLR headphone plug on the back.

As in, music that you don't have stored somewhere locally?

I haven’t used it but it has UPnPTM, which should allow you to stream your local collection to it. You could also use roon, which combines local and streaming, but could just stick with local collection. And lastly, you could just plug in a usb drive. I’ve only used roon.It looks beautiful, but I don´t like the idea of streaming music that I can not control or own. Also it only looks like 100Mbps and not 1Gbps LAN speed
But I get your point, if not going to use streaming, why buy unit with a steaming built in and doesn’t have option to hook to computer with usb connection.

I was about to mention the same thing. Streamers don't only allow for streaming music from a cloud, but they handle locally stored files too. In fact, that's how many people use such products.

You sure can. ZEN Stream needs only local network and smartphone to get going and will output digital audio to your DAC either via USB of S/PDIF, thanks!

Well after some considerstation I have changed the plan.
I am awaiting ATC SCM40 to arrive. Therefore I reserved the money mostly for those speakers.
I still need a headphone amp but DAC is now crucial and should be able to have outs for headphone amp.
I have watched couple of reviews of HOLOAUDIO MAY DAC. Any idea which country this is made?
On the outside it is battling its own esthetics, but the components looks stunning
