Is there a dynamic iem with the stem diameter of the westone or shure models? I cant live without the um56 tips, but I just want to try something. The monsters were way too big to smush on there.

Any ideas?

Maybe try ACS tips.

Future Sonics Atrios are the only dynamic driver I know of with a nozzle that will fit the UM56 tips.
