UM1 offer - Should I take it or leave it?

Just need to clarify: does the UM1 have any wax filters or anything that need to be replaced (like Etymotic or Shure)??

I see where it is coming from with the points about it being veiled but I don't agree that it isn't engaging. However, I most disagreed with the assertion that it is uncomfortable. Everyone I know that has tried it finds them much more comfortable than other IEMs

They have filters, but they shouldn't have to be replaced under normal circumstances.
