After countless hours on here researching closed headphones, i'm starting to think these Ultrasone Pro 750's are the way to go. I was about to purchase the Alo modded ones when I came accross this... almost seems to good to be true, does anyone know if these are an older model?

Here's the description for the newer pro 750:

"Updated for 2008, the PRO 750 now features thicker earpads and headband pad, brushed aluminum nameplate on the earcups and a nylon hardcase to protect your headphones on the go."

The description and box picture all check out, but I suggest contacting the seller and make sure it contains all those things. Obviously he just copied and pasted the info, and it might not match with the actual product. Irresistible price either way

the picture is indeed the Pro750, not the old Proline 750...but $25 would already be too expensive for these phones IMHO

It is a good deal...and it is below retail of many stores and other ebay sources.
I got my pair through them and they are the real deal, and came with everything listed in the item description.

Hey mbenz,

Did you end up getting that Pro 750? This thread made me take the plunge out of curiosity. The deal was definitely legit. These are the newer Pro style with hard case and beefier pads.

Average to good price but definitely not some kind of smoking deal. Pick them up if you've been shopping for a pair.

Personally I would wait and try and score a used pair for ~$175 here. They do pop up often.
