Stax SR-007, Stax SRM-717 (both from Audiocubes for $2,900).
Manley Massive Passive Mastering EQ ($6,000).

It wouldn't isolate very much unfortunately. For an additional zero or two, get yourself a soundproofed room

I use the Beyerdynamic DT770 (with a Meier HA-1 amp). It's the best gaming headphone I have ever heard. The same bloated bass that makes it less than ideal for music, makes it great for explosions! Good isolation from computer noise and comfortable. It's hard to drive but for a while I used it straight out of the front panel headphone jack of an Audigy 2 and it worked OK. Cost new is right around $200.
