Which is better sounding, more comfortable and fit better? I listen to all types of music what do you recommend.

I'm sure the TF10s would burn the SE215  in sound, but the Shures are going to be more comfortable.

How do the SE215 hold up while running? Do they fall out?

I had fit issues with the SE215s, so I returned them after a couple of days.
 
I also had fit issues with the TF10s, but they sound so good that I learned to live with their problematic fit and the terrible cable (which is partly the cause of the fit issues).

Get the TF10, get them made into customs and enjoy. $90 remolds from InEarZ. I bought the SE215, 5 days later I got my TF10, it was a no brainer, the SE215 got sold.

Both IEM brands and models are enjoyed by many. I owned the Shures a long time ago, sold them, then happened to have re-bought the Shures after having owned all the IEM's in my sig. Many here maintain more than one brand or model IEM in their stable to fulfill certain roles, be it an array of sound signatures or a particular usage preference. Fit issues on Shure are rare. They are among the most secure, but I do not recommend them for running unless you run in areas off limits to vehicular traffic. Besides among the most secure, they are among the most isolated. You will not hear oncoming cars. But there is better than the Shures for running. Sneakers are an apt comparison - you wouldn't select a walking shoe or a cross-trainer to run in. There are specialty IEM's for intense exercise. Some of them adopt the secure fit mechanism found in the Shure, but with addition of water resistance in the IEM and connectors.

FieldingMellish summed it up pretty nicely. However, between the two, the Shures will be more comfortable/secure to run in, but the TF10s will sound better all around.

For me, the Shure is my travel companion in noisy subways and among the gabbing yentas on the railroad. I get the bass beat they're known for (sure they're not the fastest), but with lush mids and non-fatiguing rolled-off highs. The only things that prevented me from trying Triple-fi 10 were numerous Amazon reports of finicky fit, the degree of stick-out from the ears, ease by which they can pop out or get repositioned sufficiently to curtail seal, inability to lie down sideways if I wanted to when wearing them, fragile build with too numerous reported shell and wire breaking, and finally reports of poor customer service when trying to get them back into working order.
