I need headphones that will work well for both electronic AND instrumental, orchestral music, as I'll be writing music in both genres.
 
Any help would be appreciated!!

If it's ONLY for home/office and you are never going to be disturbed, get the Sennheiser. 
If you work in a noisy busy environment get the UE.

That is also assuming you're not open to other suggestions, because the UE6000 is better suited to electronic music, and the Senn better for orchestral - but neither are truly suitable for studio recording/music production purposes.
