1. Replace?
2. Good-ol' hydrogen peroxide bath, 1/2 hour.
3. $2 needle-nose tweezers from the drugstore/chemist of your choice. Check the beauty section.

That happened to me once too. Somehow one the Shure olives came off my SE530 and got stuck in my ear. I used the pliers on my Gerber to get it out. I was at home though so no one thought I was adjusting my brain, hehe. I don't know how it could have possibly come off in my ear, given how hard the are to remove when you're trying to remove them on purpose. It only ever happened that once though.
