as per title, I am looking for some tubes that will fit nicely my little dot MKII and HD 595.

I am focused on acoustic, classical music so I would like the tubes specifically targeted for that kind of music.

6H30PI and Mullard 8100 are what I use with my AKG701 and I listen to Classical most of the time and the synergy is terrific. It really has the power and slam and also the mid range magic so required for classical music.
