Today is our 9 year anniversary at Todd The Vinyl Junkie as a full time business! We went full time in Sept of 2003. On August 30, i purchased from ttvjjunkie 2 lps and made the payment of US$ 117,42. The lps never arrived an Todd Green, after several emails sent from me without answers, wrote this: "I do not know what you expect us to do." 
Simple, do the same thing good sellers do, make a refund.

You ordered 2 record albums from me to ship to Brazil. You asked for USPS standard international shipping. We shipped them to you. We shipped them when you rodered them. We shipped them the method you asked. We have proof we shipped them. What do you want us to do? We did everything you asked us to do. The postal service either in the USA or Brazil has messed this up but you want me to pay? Why should I? I am out of the product and I did just as you ordered. The first order you placed arrived to you. I have no idea why the second order has not arrived. But it was sent and via the method of shipping you chose. You did not want to pay for a more secure and trackable shipping method and this is the result.
 
I am going to refund you but I have no idea why you expect me to eat this when we did everything the order said to do. You will see your refund on Monday. And I do not appreciate you taking this public. You want to see how I treat my customer just ask around this site. I am reasonable and I care for them. If the albums show up I hope you are going to return the funds to me.
 
Our new policy is that we will not ship anything to Brazil unless it is via Fed Ex or USPS Express
