Well, I used to be a Tronsmart fan. But my last pair crapped out within 3 months of receiving, and the warranty is useless because they want me to ship it back to China to be looked at. I learned my lesson and will stick with more reputable brands from now on.

The Onyx Ace. The right IEM no longer connects, even after multiple resets, etc. Only the left side works.

I have the Spunky Beat as well, but those haven't had a problem.
