Depends where the fatigue comes from. If you are new to snugs, the change in sound profile can hit hard and the physical contact the snugs tips make can also feel uncomfortable.
If it is the sound profile, then maybe try some 215's until you are used to how custom fit tips change the sound profile. I have 535, 425 and 215's that all fit the same snugs tips so if the 846 is the same shell shape 215's might just fit in.
If it is the physical contact then there are a couple of options:
1) Stick with it until you get used to it.
2) Get new impressions and have snugs re-manufacture the tips. Their customer services is really good they might not even charge (my own opinion only)
3) Get a full custom re-shell rather than use snugs
