I hope this is the right forum.

So, I feel like a total idiot. I have searched the internet, read the Hiby user guide; but I cannot find out how to transfer the songs on my Mac to my Hiby R3 Pro. I have it connected USB-C to USB-C. But how do you get the music over to the Hiby. The Hiby has the micro USB installed. Firmware is up to date.I am just stumped or missing something. Is there an application you have to use to transfer? But the Hiby is not showing up as a device on the Mac to transfer over like another drive.

Can someone guide me. Its probably pretty simple, but I am also probably pretty dumb lol.

Thanks.

Well, you could do what I do and use a file synchronization utility to mirror the files on your Mac to the micro SD-card you are using in the HiBy. My favorite such utility is called FreeFileSync, but pretty much any such program will work. In the screen below, I named my SD-card "M5s."

After sync-ing, just have the HiBy "Update Database."

Is your USB mode on the R3 set to "USB" or "DAC"? It needs to be USB.
