I turned on my MAD EAR+ as usual with my RS-1 plugged in, suddenly a scary "POP" came out from RS-1
I put on the RS-1 immediately, the right driver is gone, farewell my beloved RS-1 #1059, RIP

wow, that's rotten luck.
 
It would be worthwhile contacting Grado regarding a repair. They are usually quite reasonable.
 
 
You'll likely be getting that Ear+ checked out too I imagine.

Definitely contact Grado for a non-warranty repair.
Sounds like a bad tube... I wouldn't use the Ear+ without thoroughly understanding what went wrong.
Grado has a good track record of CS, I wouldn't worry about the RS1.  You're in good hands as far as the cans go.  I'd be more concerned with the Mad Ear, getting that diagnosed properly I think could be the more difficult task.

My guess is bad tube too, but I'll send EAR+ to check if there's any other problem.
