Ok, I use 12 ohm IEM's with it right now just fine on low gain, I could hear a hiss when I was using the Modi with it

Haven't heard the Valhalla 2 but understand that it's a neutral sounding amp. Is that correct? If so, you just need to worry about the V2 being over-powered - hiss, lack of control over volume...
