Wagen, how about some info about native player, do you like it?

I smell so much win for DX100! Hope to hear more reviews/impressions.

Yup, that is 46/182. I saw a better picture in the erji thread. Also, one of the screen shot is showing lyrics while the song is playing. That is very cool. May be those are Karaoke materials. Does the DX100 has any speaker at al, or is it strictly phone out?

Apparently, there is some concern and skeptic as to whether Ibasso could actually bypassing the android's limitation on the sound output (see below link for diagram). It will be interesting for those of you that receive the early unit to output via coax into another stand alone DAC to confirm the signal resolution coming out of the spdif.

Apparently, several comments all supporting the excellent workmanship. One compare the workmanship is either equal to or better than the Sony M10 which is a very solid and well made product in terms of production, handling, and structural workmanship.

Any impressions on how these drive bigger premium cans such as the LCD-2, HD800 or T1?

I will be using it with the LCD-2 and a variety of other phones.

If battery life really does prove out to be at 7 hours for music playback, that's a deal breaker for me. Gotta do better than that.....

Jalo translated a review from a guy in a Chinese forum:

Battery life was fully charged at 4:30 PM and has been in use until now which is 1:30 am with one bar remaining. Here is the link:

So, it appears the 7 hrs listed in the spec might be a conservative side. Let's hope that's the case.

Indeed. If it manages in the ballpark of nine hours with mixed use, it will be no reason to miss this opportunity. 9 hrs is plenty for me.

9 hours is still not enough to get through flights over to China/Asia. I need more like 15-20hrs for that, minimum.

I suppose 9 hours is okay if you're not relying on the device for that kind of travel, and are able to just use it based near home...
