I ordered mine as soon as I received an email from amazon mentioning the sale. The order was processed normally, nothing about out of stock. used the free shipping option.

Just checked the amazon site and it says "This order will ship after December 25."

Oh well, so much for a Christmas present.

cheers

Am I the only person who enjoys the new box design?

I'm a real sucker for these types of subtle yet effective designs. I also love the style design and the more environmental packaging.

But really though, I never had any gripes against packaging when the items are well secured.

I ordered 2 pair and actually prefer this type of packaging as its much much easier to open! They  also sound identical to the ones i got last year.

I bought 2 harmony ones from Amazon a few months ago and specified the "easy open" boxes.

Pity I missed out on that sale. They may not exactly be my sound signature, but still...$95!? I couldn't pass that up. Anyway, cheers to those who were able to grab these.

Yup.  Mine is identicle to the pictures.  I went all out and purchase some custom silver replacement cables that cost just as much as the deal price, but I kid you not, I'm in heaven -oh the beautiful mids.  I can't believe it took this long to audition them.

"Eco-friendly packaging?"
Isn't the black UE box made of cardboard?
Saving trees there.
