hey guys im new here and i hope im posting this in the correct location. so more than likely im getting a pair of beats pro's for xmas and i recently tried my buddys out and they honestly sucked coming off of my phone but on my laptop they sound pretty sweet. my phone must not have the power to drive them (though it has a beats processor which i guess means nothing) so what im asking is what is a good setup should i upgrade to a better mp3 play like a cowon or sony walkman or should i get a portable amp. what is the best setup for the pros, will an amp blow them??? cuz i know there not audiophile headphones by any means. thanks
