I'm on my third pair of aiaiai TMA-1s. The first two snapped at the headband after bending them off of my head when one of the cups caught on my ear. I'm just thankful that Amazon has such an amazing return policy. I really like the sound of the TMA-1s. The comfort is just ok. But the build quality is horrible! 
 
Can anyone recommend some headphones which are similar in sound to TMA-1s but have a better build quality? I've tried the Sennheiser HD-25 and I'm not a fan. The highs hurt my ears and there is no microphone. 
 
I found this one on amazon too: Eskuche 45.  It looks pretty much the same as the TMA-1, the specs are the same and the company has a similar market segmentation. Has anyone ever tried these?

hey mate, i know you made this post months ago and have by now made your choice, but i thought i'd suggest you try the xd2-53s, they're pretty durable. my tma-1's just snapped also...after 5 months! ridiculous! what did you decide on?
