Attached. The Tivoli supposedly has some kind of internal antennae I think, but it's pretty mediocre. Attaching the included antennae greatly increases its reception. There's a total of 20 FM stations here where I live, and the Tivoli can pull in every single one to some degree with the antennae attached, and extended of course. The ones it can pull in really well come through with astounding clarity.

I am really tempted to get one of these tuners but i really want to know how good they sound. I don't like listening to the radio except when i am in my car simply because my tuner isn't good at all so i find fm radio to be poor in quality (i don't care about sound quailty when i am driving

How would you compare the quality of FM radio to other formats, like mp3?

Unfortunatly it has been reported that the Tivoli CD player seems to have problems playing certain cdrs. Can't remembe the link where I found that.

They ship it themselves, go check they main page.
