I recently got a set of Brainwavz IEM's that came with silicone tips (small, med, large, and bi-flange).  None of these tips fit my ears however.  The mediums don't really stay in, and I have to keep pushing in the bi-flanges for them to stay in.  They don't stay in when running or any activity that promotes head movement.

I am wondering if foam tips will be able to solve my problem, or if I should just ditch these IEMs and go to cups.

If the bi-flange or large eartips don't fit securely, then you probably have really large ear canal.

Try pulling the top/back part of your ear outwards while inserting the eartips.  Especially with the biflanges, this may allow you to insert them deeper and get a seal.
