At some point did they change the carry case that they sent the OG P1 in? That one looks like the one that the P1+ comes in.

From the photos it seemed to me that the P1+ one was higher than this one, but maybe I'm wrong...

You have it backwards actually... This is the OG P1 case:

Other than that the actual monitors look exactly the same. Basically the difference between the OG and the P1 Plus is a retune (increasing bass, and decreasing treble).
