Or some kind of canal phone... like a e2c or ER-6i. My guess is the earbuds are Sennheiser MX200 modded and molded to fit the glasses. And with no EQ or anything like that, the things are gonna have to sound like ass. But I think even with a nice canal phone mod, the processor is weak, and there are no effects to even justify it.

I wish I could do that, but seeing as I merely work at this shop and am not the owner, I do what Im told and sell what we have.
