how do you like those tips?

They are black silicone tips that came with Ikko OH1 (I actually have even more of their tips that came with CTU01 cable, but these ones fit the Clair better I feel). I tip rolled through my collection of tips (which is pretty modest) and that's what stuck. They helped with my fit issues, with bass response and actually they look like made for that black shell of the Clair. But I haven't tried those current tip favorites that people have, like the Azla xelastecs or EPro horns. Can't find them from European stores like Amazon (uk/de, sending from Europe), and I don't want to just order tips from China/US right now.

I was wrong. It costs more than $10 in US right now. https://www.amazon.com/Pelican-Waterproof-Case-1010-Micro/dp/B001G2ABZU

Here is a picture of the 1010 with the Mangird Tea, a pretty thick cable, and the Qudelix 5K in it. This should give you an idea of how your gear would fit. I think it’s a worthwhile purchase for protection, including being waterproof.

Sorry, but i want to ask about the 1010 size. Can you help me measure the width inside the foam, can it fit 7.2cm?
If not, I might need to buy 1020 type.
your qudelix size is 5.2 cm, while my fiio is 7.2 cm. I dont think there are extra 2cm width space there?

That is very strange. I ordered September 11th and got my pair this week.
Did you order a custom set?
Default Clairvoyance shell with a "custom" 4.4mm terminated cable. I was told 10-15 day build time when I ordered.

The 1010 case won’t hold your FiiO in the same orientation that I had my Qudelix, but you could put it in perpendicular to that, and just coil the IEM cable more loosely on top. Alternatively, I think the 1020 should fit your gear in the same manner depicted in my photo.

I don’t fully trust these listed interior dimensions when including the rubber padding. Assume it is a little less. My listed dimensions depicted above provide for a slight amount of “wiggle room”.

That is a big load of crap. You should of course get you're set before me.
This is the second time Linsoul has not delivered as promised. There will not be a third time for me. With that said, when you do get em,you will most likely just love em!😊
Keep mailing them, and Keep ask them when they ship you're set...

I guess if your products are good enough, you don’t have to worry about customer service?
(being very sarcastic of course)

I have heard the Monarchs sound similar to my Empire Ears Odins. I'm curious if anyone here has had time with the Monarchs and can give me an Idea of the sound signature?
They don't sound similar to me. Odin felt pretty forward sounding and thicker, especially in the vocals, while monarch is more laidback, airy, sterile and thin

few simple comparison with other IEM:
2. moondrop S8. This iem sounds like the monarch, very technical, precise. However, the tone is very thin and not enough bass body. It depends with someone taste, but in my opinion, the monarch is better than the s8. It got almost the same clarity, precision, yet the monarch got more body and deeper more bodied bass.
3. Moondrop B2. This iem is not as technical and precise as the s8, but it got more body and bass. compared to the twins, I think it depends on your budget. if you are tight, go with the B2. I think it sounds like the clair, not on the same level but not far either.
Relatively new to this thread, I've been reading through the whole thread over the past week haha. I've loved your review comparing so many different IEMs, and specifically as a B2 owner (and Ananda owner, since you mention interest in that), your sound signature preferences seem to align with mine! If you are able to give a percentage, how much of the twins' capabilities would you say the B2 achieves? And likewise for the bass, how much percentage of the twins' bass does the B2 achieve? I'm still within the return period of my B2, and I'm on the fence of keeping it or returning it and trying the Monarch.
