Just received the Clairvoyance from Headphones.com. Comes with a hard plastic pelican-like case now instead of the leather one. Enjoying the sound signature which goes well with my music library. Just trying out the different tips.....20210602_171106.jpg
I received the similar casing for my Monarch too , not leather case.

Tried different cables unfortunately. Trying to look for shipping options right now, DHL seems to want $180 to ship it back.
$180 shipping fees is one quarter of this IEM price , crazy expensive !

Linsoul should absorb the cost if they confirm it's a defective unit and under warranty.

I tend to buy Pelican 1010 cases for all of my IEMs, so a plastic case is fine by me...
I bought cheap aluminium wrist watch case from AliExpress around USD1.30 each with silica gels to store my IEMs.

I will use CA leather or Pelican case for traveling.

For those curious about warranty/repairs... According to Linsoul, they have a DHL service and they only charge $20-30 for it. So I guess I don't have to pay $100-$200 for shipping after all.

I assume I'd have to print a shipping label from Linsoul and bring it to a DHL office to send it.

If this is true, it would be a great solution.

My Monarch's left side seems to have lost most of the bass rumble, is a driver dead?

I've switched cables, switched between 3.5 to 2.5 balanced, switched between 3 amps, and the same thing. Barely any rumble from 10 Hz to 70 Hz while the right side does fine.

From: https://www.audiocheck.net/audiotests_frequencychecklow.php

I assume I'd have to warranty it... I'd appreciate it if anyone has any ideas on what to do for a warranty.
Yep, same thing happened to me. Sounds like the DD driver died and only the BA’s are providing the bass or the other way around. Not sure. But I know for a fact that it’s a driver problem. I sent mine back to Linsoul and they’re repairing it now. I really hope they fix it and it STAYS fixed.... For a flagship IEM like the Monarch, it shouldn't have QA issues like this.
