I've got a bit of a curse. Whenever I like something on Network TV, it gets cancelled. This curse has followed me throughout my childhood and has occured WAY to often to be a coincidence.
Here are some samples from my vault of disappointment
1) It's Like Ya Know - West Coast Seinfeld. Not as good maybe, but it still cracked me up.
2) Lateline - Al Franken's sitcom... funniest news-oriented sitcome I've ever seen.
3) The Job - Dennis Leary as a cop with problems. Gritty, dark and utterly hilarious. The kind of show that is somehow crude and sohpisticated at the same time.
4) Clerks the Cartoon - Heheh... okay I knew this one was going to be cancelled... but it was still pretty dang cool.
There are so many others but those are good examples of what I'm talking about.
Anyone else have this curse? Should we form a support group?
