If you go to the ZMF site you can see that the VC Koa is +- 25g, that means you can have a 50g difference between the heaviest and lightest VC Koa, even with the same rods, pads, etc. Wood is organic, with different density.

There were a couple of posting of exact weights in the Atrium thread. One was aged cherry aged copper aluminium chassis, other magnesium.

Wooh, 559 grams, thats a little more than I thought it was going to weigh. or Maybe not, I'm American I dont understand the metric system.

While it does feel a bit heavier than my 489 g & 496 g aeolus & auteur, it's not very significant (to me). Also, I think the crescent strap on the atrium helps with comfort (which my aeolus & auteur do not have).
