I was inspired to make this thread after a recent episode of 'Curb your Enthusiasm', where Larry David has a sandwich named after him and actually hates how it tastes. He attempts to 'trade' sandwiches with another celebrity with a sandwich named after him

(Hilarious show, by the way, watch it!)

My 'Aman' sandwich would be:

Turkey, ham, bacon, american cheese, lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, and mayo on a lightly-toasted whole weat bread.

Now it's your turn

A single slice of very healthy, tasty roast beef on plain bread. No mayo, mustard, sauces, trimmings, toppings, nothing extra.

Avocado + PB Sandwhich!

HMM HMM GOOD!
(Great healthy fats)

Or turkey, swiss cheese, and blue cheese sauce!

All on Whole Wheat Bread (Sara Lee!)

I'm basing this on my favorite sandwich from my local deli. They actually call it The Blondie (from the cartoon strip, they have a Dagwood which is everything in the deli piled on a sub roll in the most unhealthy fashion. This is just as unhealthy but oh so tasty).

Soon to be renamed The Nightwounds.

Cuban bread
Pepperjack Cheese
Turkey (lots)
Roast Beef (again, lots)
4 slices Salami
At this point you put it in the microwave just long enough to get it slightly warm . Then apply:

Cream Cheese
Mayo
Mustard
Pickles
Oregano
Tomatoes

It's one great sandwich for sure, obviously I don't do it very often and usually when I can share a 9 incher with someone.

I often order a ham, fried egg, cheese, and tomato sandwich for breakfest. I know it sounds a lot like an egg mcmuffin, but I was eating these long before McD's came up with it and they're a lot better from a greasy spoon restaurant or made yourself.

Is this thread supposed to be about 'what's your favorite sandwich', or is it 'what would you look like if you were a sandwich'? I was taking it as the latter in my reply.

I love a good Rueben (SP?)

Heap of pastrami
melted mozarella
Between 2 slices of buttered rye bread, lightly toasted.
Picke wedge, potato salad, sour Kraut and kettle potato chips on the side

ToGo's... Large #9 on onion bread with everything.
