What's the maximum volume for A105 and how high you go with the IE800 in the EU version?

IE800 are my go-to IEMs and I needed to run the UK model at 120 max volume sadly.

Well the UK model has to be seriously gimped with the impedance and sensitivity of the ie800. I'm running akt8ieii which have similar specs and about 75 to 80 is loud enough for me and I listen Loudly.

You can go with it to120, just sometimes the system warns you and reduces the volume level to 65 - but you can corrigate it than back to 120 again.

I too find 75-80 to be loud enough for me using iBasso IT01 and I have the EU model. However, I did change the firmware to the JP version but not entirely sure if that made a difference in the volume.

Folks using the EU model, maybe it is worth checking out how to change the firmware to the JP version to see if you notice a difference. How to acquire the JP firmware was described several pages back.

It doesn't matter what scale of volume you're using. If the uk models are volume limited as normal than 120 is going to be softer sounding than a non UK model.

And I'm pretty sure they're volume limited if someone has ie800 on 120 volume and their ears aren't ringing.

I have now sadly moved my sony A105 on ...i loved the sound quality but couldn't stand android on a dap ..and the battery life and standby times i just felt were not good enough ...i will be sticking to my A55

Actually now that I've been using the Sony app my battery and standby time are good.

But if you don't like android, yep that's a problem. I mean you can pretty much get zx300A from joybuy for what a105 costs, well a little more but you have balanced and good battery life.

But I like using the amazon HD on this little bugger.

yes its a nice sounding dap but i didn't feel offered more sound and battery wise than the A55 ..i was looking at the joybuy ZX300A but they do not post to the uk is there a way around it ...i foolishly sold my zx300 i bitterly regret it now

Oops didn't know they didn't post to the UK- sorry. I don't know about the a55, but the 105 sounds loads better than the a45. Actually reminds me of the zx300 balanced.

I still think that's the best non android dap- zx300 if you don't need the tiny size of A series.

I randomly get the same error message "Issue with SD Card, Tap to fix" when powering up NW-A100TPS from cold. I have tried several factory resets, tried with another brand new SD card and I still get the error message randomly. A turnaround is to restart the device but doing that I need to re-config Spotify storage settings. Very annoying. I wonder whether its a HW issue or OS issue. Is anyone having this problem??

I remember it happened to me a couple of times all I did was switch off and on and it seemed to resolve it ..
