First off, all bets are off.

Secondly, why does that DAMN child psychology have to work so well? ("Don't throw me in the briar patch, B'rer Fox") Just try to tell any hard-headed S.O.B. what they can't/won't do . . .

My greaseball pals from Chicago are gonna love the overtones of this. I can hear them laughing their asses off now.

Finally: I would have preferred "The Dogfather" or "<deleted>" (and either one would have been more apt), but it aint very often that you gets what you wants in this life . . .

I was back in a pile with two Springers and two Yellow Labrador Deceivers for the last couple hours. Usual Saturday afternoon siesta that us elderly tend to favor.

It's a custom on many rugby clubs to give nicknames to the players. One such player decided that a good nickname for himself would be "Ziti" because it sounds like his last name. He ended up getting stuck with "Flounder" since "The Little Mermaid" was too long to say.

That's how nicknames work!

Hey Joe, with your self-reported skills and practices as an "electronics technician", one might think you would be more careful about "casting stones" . . .

Think "infamous" or "notorious", Joe, "dumb" just doesn't do you justice . . .

In my case, if you don't like my explanation above, just think "aggravating" or irritating"

What's with Falun Gong and Hong Kong? I thought it's mainly a China thing--although I can see how you might see more demonstrations of it here than in China...
