Ok, so this is my first post over here.
I'm usually seen in the German hifi-forum.de

Head-fi is like poison to my wallet!
Dammit.
There I was, peacefully reading the Westone 3 thread till NoiseGUY dropped the name "RSA Predator".

waitaminutewaitaminute I thought. I just couldn't remember this amp from RSA
confused.gif

Soooo...
bookmarks are there for a reason. RSA page loaded in the blink of an eye and there I had it:
"Ray Samuels Audio is proud to announce its latest state of the art component:

Emmeline, The Predator…"

What the heck???

Then I found this thread and my jaw dropped.

--- --- ---
You must know that I am a student and thus not rich.
Right now I'm saving money to buy a MacBook in January, but now I'll have to add another thing to my list of accessories.
Darn it!
--- --- ---

Dear Mr. Samuels.

It seems like you've read my mind.
I've been thinking of buying the Tomahawk for some time now, or rather save money to buy it (I hate realism!) and the only thing that kept me from doing it, was that it would be of no use with my beloved laptop.
But if I am not mistaken, I will be able to hook the Predator up to one of my USB-ports, whether it is a Thinkpad or a MacBook and enjoy RSA amped audio.
Or I can connect it to my iPod nano 2G's lineout and hook up my UM2's there.

Life's cruel.

Hmmm... Well if this is as good or better than my tc-7510 and Little Dot II++ (might be getting), then I may as well sell the TC-7510 and buy this instead...

I disagree. I want one that is itty bitty to plug into my work computer and my travel laptop. I mean if I had a huge honking rig on my desk the boss would totally know I was screwing off.

The Hornet is right on the desk, luckily my boss have no ideal of it.

Can't wait no more to see their final cases, maybe is the time to sell my hornet.

Didn't you know? Glue is the new tweak!

Depending on the color you can alter the tone of the amp.

I hear Elmer's is the best sounding of them all!

I will be reviewing all the lastest glues next week stay tuned!
