I've also been blown away by M15i performance compared to my other sources including the RME (RME ADI-2/4 Pro SE in my case)! What you need is an OTG USB-C cable. Quick Google search will help with finding options. Ppl in this community has been using cables from ddHiFi (TC05 M2, TC07, and TC09) and iBasso CB18 to name a few. Nice setup you got, by the way!

Thanks for the kind words, as well as for sharing your own feedback on the M15i! Noted as well on having to use an OTG USB-C cable; based on what I've also read, looks like high-wattage data/charging cables don't work with the M15i.
I have a few questions by the way:
- Does your M15i's USB-C port have a bit of play? I noticed that mine, when a cable is connected, has (a few mm up-down), similar to other USB-C devices I have. That being said, I also have another USB-C DAC dongle (an iBasso Jr. Macaron) and its USB-C port is much tighter (barely any movement at all when a cable is connected).
- There was a time when the stereo imaging of the M15i was reversed (I was doing an A-B of it with my desktop rig when I noticed it). It got fixed when I disconnected the M15i from my laptop. Did you experience something similar as well?
- Nice to see that you have an RME ADI 2/4 Pro! What are your thoughts on its amp section, particularly the 4.4mm balanced out? I'd like to simplify my desktop setup to an all-in-one DAC/amp someday and the RME ADI 2/4 Pro is among the options I'm considering. Would you say it's powerful enough to drive planar magnetic headphones to meet your sound expectations (saw in your signature that you also own a DCA E3).
