  Theres recent discovery of the vivo xe800 which they say uses the exact same biocellulose drivers of the gr07 and tuned it better than gr07 and better housing and fit. Its retailing at $130 but now can get it at a promotional 50$ here for the meantime. Dunno when the sale will end but its a no brainer i guess. Couldn't resist and ordered mine yesterday.

Is taobao a trusted source? If it is i will probably get one, it is a very good looking iem and i am curious about the changes in the sound due to the different shell. They might have managed to get rid of the mechanical resonance at 6.5khz.

i bought from this seller of 298 yuan... http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=39611403083  has 26 reviews... one person of aliexpress bought for me in taobao and checked, seems to be original, but without box, but package seems to be vivo... already shipped to me... but to brazil takes more than a month to arrive... maybe 2 months

I used the singapore post, I was told the singapore post is faster than china post so went with that. Let the waiting begins, because really you're getting a better version of gr07 at 50$, I had to get it.

Bhazard said it is noticeably less sibilant as compared to the orginal gr07 and with the moveble nozzle, its his best fit hes had for an IEM.
